Russia’s Beluga Group closes deal to buy Villa Romanov winery
MOSCOW, Aug 24 (PRIME) -- Beluga Group, one of Russia’s leading producers of alcohol, has closed an acquisition of the Villa Romanov winery in the Taman locality in the Krasnodar Region, a spokesperson told PRIME late on Thursday without disclosing the sum of the deal.
“The deal was closed today,” the spokesperson said.
Villa Romanov boasts 1,000 hectares of agricultural lands, of which 231 hectares are vineyards, and a winery with an annual production capacity of 2.5 million bottles a year.
